¡Dios! ¡Qué ganas tenía de un vestido de encaje negro! Cada vez que salgo por la noche me arrastro al cuarto de mi hermana a por un vestido negro (porque tiene miles) y siempre digo lo mismo, que ya me compraré alguno. Es lo mismo que con los vestidos blancos... Lo bueno es que este es suficientemente cómodo como para llevarlo con tacones o botas. De hecho, no me puse tacones para pasear por el parque: en la bolsa llevaba unas planas para volver a casa después de la exposición que hemos visto, una exposición de fotografía sobre Marruecos en los años 30 (Museo de Artes y Costumbres Populares de Sevilla).

English version: Gosh! How much I had waited for a little lace black dress! Everytime I go out at night I drag myself to my sister's room looking for a LBD (she's got thousands of them) and I always say the same, that I will buy a nice one soon. The same with white dresses... The good thing about this one is that it's comfy enough to wear it with heels or flats. Actually I wasn't wearing heels to stroll along the park: I was taking a pair of flats with me (inside the bag) so that I could walk home after the exhibition we've visited today, a photography exhibition about Morocco in the 30s' (Museum of popular arts and customs of Seville).

Había dejado esta entrada programada, pensando en que estaría fuera, pero, como seguramente habréis oído en las noticias, todos los vuelos se cancelaron, no nos daban otro billete hasta el viernes, y decidimos dejar el viaje para más adelante. Ha sido un poco decepcionante porque tenía muchísimas ganas, pero bueno, veremos si en unas semanas podemos probar de nuevo.

Un outfit sencillo en los tonos que más me gusta combinar y con los que estoy más cómoda. El blazer es una adaptación que hice de uno antiguo de Pull&Bear: le quité las mangas y le puse botones dorados. Espero que vuestras vacaciones vayan mejor que las mías. XX.

English version: I had scheduled this post, supposing I was going to be in New York, but, you have surely heard the news, all flights were cancelled, we didn't have a new flight until friday and we decided to postpone our trip. It was really disappointing because I had been waiting for this trip for months, but it's not the end of the world, we'll try again in a few weeks.

A very simple outfit in my favorite hues, that make me feel comfy. This blazer is the adaptation of an old one from Pull&Bear: I cut the sleeves and add golden buttons. I hope your holidays are doing better than mine. XX

My favorite tapas

La noche antes de mi vuelo a NYC fuimos a cenar a La Azotea (para darnos una alegría por si el vuelo no salía). Nuevo curso, nueva carta, además de la nueva tienda gourmet, que abrirá la semana que viene. Os dejo las fotos para que hagáis boca.

English version: The day before I left for NY we went to La Azotea (to cheer up just in case the flight wasn't leaving). New year, new menu, appart from the new gourmet shop, that will be running next week. So here some photos to whet the appetite.

Sun, sea and sand

¡Por fin estoy en la playa! No es que yo sea una fanática de la toalla y pueda tirarme horas bajo el sol en plan "vuelta y vuelta", pero echaba de menos los chapuzones, jugar a las palas, familias enteras hablando a voces, el humo del chiringuito metiéndose por todas partes... ¡Ah, esto es vida! Os dejo con unas fotos justo después de bajarme del coche, y de uno de los mejores momentos del día: la hora de cocinar. Te tomas una cerveza, miras una revista y de vez en cuando pasas por la cocina para ver cómo va la salsa que está haciendo tu padre. Repito: ¡esto es vida!

English version: I'm finally at the beach! Not like I'm a beach towel fan and can stay lying in the sun for hours (as I were bbq meat), but I missed the sea, playing beach rackets, families talking in loud voices, smoke from the refreshment stand getting in everywhere... Ah, that's life! So here are some photos right after the arrival and also some pics of the best moment of the day: the cooking. I love to have a beer while leafing through a magazine and do a couple of visits to the kitchen to taste the tomato sauce my dad's cooking. I repeat: that's life!

Polyvoring again

Es curioso cómo me voy anticipando cada vez más a la nueva temporada conforme pasan los años. Antes no organizaba mucho mis compras ni mi armario, y ahora pienso en lo que necesito y en lo que quiero con bastante antelación. He intentado reunir en un par de conjuntos mi lista de deseos, en la que no puede faltar un pantalón de piel negro (es el tercer año que lo busco, tengo mi vista puesta en el de Zara pero no me lo he probado aún), básico, unos tacones mary-jane y un abrigo estilo albornoz, aunque en ese punto caben negociaciones. ¿Cuáles son vuestros básicos?

Quería dar las gracias a todos los nuevos seguidores: en estos últimos días he recibido muchas visitas y comentarios y estoy verdaderamente contenta. No pretendo más que entreteneros y haceros pasar ratitos agradables, así que me alegro de que os guste el blog y de que os animéis a decir todo lo que queráis decir.

English version: Funny how I become more and more farsighted when it's about the season. I didn't use to organize my shopping or my closet, but now I think of what I need and what I want in advance. I've tried to put together a couple of outfits in which you can see what's in my wishlist, and there are some things that cannot be missing: black leather pants (third year I'm looking for the perfect leather pants, I have my eye on the Zara ones, but I haven't tried them yet), basic, a pair of mary-jane shoes and a bathrobe-like coat, although I'm open to negotiation in this point. Which are your basics?

And now a word of thanks to all the new followers: I've had a lot of visits and comments these days and I'm really happy for that. I'm not trying to do anything but an entertainment, and make you spend some amusing minuts, and that's why I'm really glad you like the blog and I'm also glad you can say whatever you want to say about it.
